Perinatal Psychotherapy Case Consultation for Clinicians
Working with expecting and new parents can bring complex clinical questions. Perinatal psychotherapy case consultation offers a supportive space for therapists to reflect on their work, deepen their clinical understanding, and explore effective approaches when supporting clients in the perinatal period.
Who We Support
These consultations are designed for clinicians who are working with individuals navigating challenges during the perinatal period. This includes pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility challenges, birth trauma, identity shifts in parenthood, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Together, we can explore case conceptualization, therapeutic interventions, relational dynamics, and the unique developmental and systemic factors that shape the perinatal experience.
My Approach
My consultation approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in attachment-based and trauma-informed care. I draw from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and relational psychotherapy to help clinicians think through complex clinical presentations, strengthen therapeutic attunement, and support both parent and infant mental health.
